Glass :
Rocks/Poco Grande
Ingredients :
60ml Thomas Crown whisky
20ml strawberry puree
15ml lime juice
6 mint leaves
1 egg white/ 4 drops foamer
Garnish :
Basil sprig, black pepper sprinkle, strawberries in season
Method :
Put mint leaves in shaker and muddle
Add all the ingredients
Fill shaker with ice
Give it a hard shake
Strain it into another tin and dry shake
Pour over fresh ice in rocks glass
Garnish
