The Thomas Crown
Glass :
Rocks + Dome
Ingredients :
60ml Thomas Crown Whisky
1 bar spoon Orange Marmalade
2 sprig thyme
Bitters
Garnish :
Thyme, dehydrated orange slice/cheese twisties
Method :
Add orange marmalade and thyme to mixing glass
and stir together
Add 10ml Thomas Crown to make a smooth paste
Add the rest of the whisky and mix well
Fill with ice cubes and stir well to mellow and cool
Fill rocks glass with ice sphere or cubes
Double strain over the ice and garnish
Smoke in dome or inverted studio rocks glass
