Tall/Collins/Footed Pilsner
Ingredients :
60ml Thomas Crown whisky
60ml orange juice
15ml lime juice
2 bruised fresh ginger slices
Top with ginger ale
Garnish :
Dehydrated/fresh orange slice, mint sprig
Method :
Fill glass with ice
Add in the whisky, lime & orange juice
Lightly bruise and throw in the ginger slices
Top it up with ginger ale and stir
Garnish
