Rocks/Poco grande
Ingredients :
60ml Royal Circle whisky
20ml passion fruit puree
15ml lime juice
1 wedge lime
1 rosemary sprig
Angostura Bitters
Garnish :
Fresh rosemary/passion fruit wedge
Method :
Pour all ingredients over ice in a shaker
Bruise rosemary and drop in
Shake hard and double strain over fresh ice in glass
Drizzle the bitters
